Staging does not mean starting from scratch, many times small accessories and furniture arrangement makes the biggest changes. Think about looking at a magazine; is it the furniture or the accessories that catch your attention first? There is never a second chance to make a first impression. Buyers will typically only take 15 seconds to make a decision regarding your property, why leave that impression to chance? Our goal is to showcase your home before it is listed on the market.
The First
Impression
Before they even open the front door of your home buyers will experience their first impression. By decorating your porch with living things, furniture and accessories it will entice visitors to come in and stay awhile.
The Welcome
The foyer or open space right inside the door sets the tone for the rest of the home. Most often this space is overlooked for its many possibilities. Holding buyers in this space will give them time to absorb the atmosphere.
The Unexpected
While keeping things neutral a pop of color or pattern is a nice surprise, where you use this is the unexpected. Wallpapering the inside of a coat closet, pantry or the back of your built in shelves is refreshing! Open the door and have an unexpected revelation.

The Cozy Corner
A cozy corner draws attention to an ideal place to curl up with a favorite book. By adorning an overstuffed chair with a blanket and a throw pillow it drives home the point you are trying to make. Usually the smallest space draws the biggest reaction.

Initial
Consultation
$250 | 90-120 minutes
An initial walk through of your home and a checklist of staging suggestions for you to review. A plan for furniture placement. A consultation with an estimate for future services and a budget per room for accessories.
Soft Staging
$750 | 10 Hour Package
Soft staging has the same concept as traditional home staging but without the furniture. We bring in artwork and accessories that complement the home to make it feel warmer and more inviting. There are many benefits to soft staging, like helping a property stand out from the competition.
Redesign
$1200| 16 Hour Package
Redesign is actually one of the fastest and most fun ways to give any room in a house a makeover. Home redesign is simply taking what a client already owns and rearranging it in a fresh way.
(For reference a typical living and dining room redesign takes
3 hours.)
Customizable
$1800 | 24 Hour Package
We will stage 3 key rooms to “showcase” and make the biggest impact. This will include furniture placement, removal of non-essential furniture and accents. Once this has been accomplished we will start adding to your existing furnishings.
