Return|Repair Policy

 

All return items must be packaged in their original carton/bag to prevent further damage or soiling, and to provide proper identification. Do not use tape, wire, rope, etc. in repackaging. All products authorized for return will be repaired or replaced at the factory's discretion. No product will be returned solely for credit. Customer damage repairs will be at a charge quoted through our customer service department.

 

Plastic wrapped merchandise must be inspected upon delivery. Shipping or factory damage must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. Merchandise received damaged, as a result of common carrier or furniture carrier mishandling of the freight, or concealed freight damage, is the responsibility of the carrier. Claims must be filed within 24 hours directly with the carrier. No freight claims will be honored after installation of product.
