Standard Return Policy


Have an issue, here is what to do:

Reach out to us via email at and tell us how we can help. Have you received a broken or damaged piece or is it not what you wanted? Please follow the following steps.


Inspect within 7 days of delivery - box should be kept in case it needs to be returned


Damaged claims:

All must be reported within the 7 days of delivery. At least three images are to be submitted (actual

damage, box it arrived in, and the item as a whole). Our QC will then review and determine the final



Buyers Remorse:

Items must be issued a return authorization prior to returning items. Returns need to be returned with in 15 days.


How do I return or exchange an item?

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply return it within 10 days and we will exchange, credit or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).
